TERMS AND INSURANCE:

1. ALL INVOICES DUE NET 30-DAYS from the move date. A $25.00 Late fee will be added 5 days after the due date and every 30 days after and the invoice resent until payment is received.

2. Our liability for household goods is limited to $.60 per pound per article. This liability is mandated through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Motor Carrier Division, and meets state regulations for Household Goods Movers (TX DMV #006271846C) *Please note the above coverage is for household goods only and it does not cover walls, doors, floors, widows and ceilings. If you or the resident request full coverage insurance for household goods/building damage, you may purchase additional coverage through a third party vendor of your choice. However, we recommend www.MovingInsurance.com

3. Appliances: Carrier is prohibited to disconnect and/or reconnect appliances including but not limited to washer, dryers, freezers and refrigerators. Carrier is released of liability for the operating conditions of the appliance(s), unless otherwise evidenced by external damage; and, Carrier is released of liability including but not limited to property and/or structural matters related to the plumbing and/or piping as it related to the appliance.

4. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES: Carries is not responsible for any pre-existing damage(s)

5. Each move has a 2 hour minimum and a trip fee. After the two hour minimum we prorate every 15 minutes.

6. In order to be in compliance with general liability for any other insurance requirements, Ameritex Movers will charge an additional $48.00 compliance fee to any/all invoices. If you have any questions regarding this fee please contact Ameritex Movers prior to any moving services being provided.

LATE FEE POLICY: Ameritex Movers Inc offers invoicing net 30 days from the date of service with a 5-day grace period. A $25 late fee will be added to all invoices past the 5-day grace period every 30 days until the invoice is paid. If your property has a past due balance we will not be able to schedule a move until the account is brought current.
